Being a raw food chef is not like other kinds of cooks. The raw food chef shows people how to become healthier by not cooking their food. They take a completely new spin on what you know about food and diet. These cooks specialize in uncooked foods and show people that it is now how you cook, but how you don’t cook.

Some raw food chef experts run their own raw food restaurants and offer catering services to those who do not have time to make their own raw cuisine.  They will come to your home and show you how to prepare raw foods.

Some people think that a raw food chef has to be pretty crazy to make food the way he or she does. They require no stoves and no ovens. How do they create food you wonder? Is this just another diet fad?

They don’t use any preservatives, no extra spices, no dyes and no chemicals in their dishes. The food is 100% pure the way it came in nature. There is very little clean up after a raw meal so it is a real time saver.

If you haven’t tried any delicious raw food recipes in a while, you are really missing out. People, including myself, who eat a raw food diet actually think that food tastes better raw than cooked.

The problem with cooking food is that it actually kills all the healthy enzymes. Raw food is full of life and you know what they say – ‘You are what you eat.’

As any raw food chef would tell you, most raw foodists are actually vegan. So there is no worries about eating raw meat here.

You can do almost anything with your raw foods. They can be pureed, juiced, cut, chopped, blended or combined with other raw foods. The raw food chef will be satisfied as long as only these uncooked foods are used and enjoyed.
